2. About Our Services

Nahata Professional Academy provides training and coaching services for professional finance certifications including but not limited to ACCA, CMA, CA, CSUS, and related programs. Our services include:

• Online and classroom-based training programs
• Live webinars and recorded sessions
• Study materials and resources
• Mentorship and career counselling
• Mock tests and practice assessments

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. Enrollment and Registration

By submitting an enquiry or registering for a program, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Enrollment is subject to seat availability and program eligibility requirements. Nahata Professional Academy reserves the right to decline enrollment at its discretion.

Free counselling sessions and callbacks are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute a binding agreement.

4. Fees and Payment

• Program fees are communicated at the time of enrollment and are subject to change without prior notice for future batches.
• Payments must be made in full or as per an agreed installment plan before accessing course materials.
• All fees are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Receipts and invoices will be issued upon successful payment.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing any study material or attending any session.
• Once any session has been attended or materials accessed, no refund will be issued.
• In the event of program cancellation by Nahata Professional Academy, a full refund will be processed within 14 working days.
• No refund will be given for change of mind after the refund window has passed.

6. User Responsibilities

As a student or user, you agree to:

• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes
• Not share login credentials or course materials with third parties
• Maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow students
• Not record, reproduce, or redistribute any session or material without prior written consent
• Complete assessments and assignments independently and honestly

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, videos, study materials, logos, and course content is the intellectual property of Nahata Professional Academy and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nahata Professional Academy provides training and preparation support. We do not guarantee exam pass rates or specific career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, dedication, and external examination bodies. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nahata Professional Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, loss of income, or failure to achieve desired results. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program in question.
